Hi fellow spce-users,

1.  Expected Behaviour

Call attempted over configured and enabled SIP Peer having defaulted
rules (per pg 50 of the handbook).

2.  Observed Behaviour

Call Routing Verification "sees" and gives the name of the configured
gateway and implies outbound call will be placed (without rewriting).

3.  Example

Call from my subscriber 70f7f80f-9a37-4c7f-be5c-83e2b9e0001d at my.domain
with PSTN number +44 111-111 1111 (local) to +44 999-999 9999 (remote)
over the single PSTN termination provider, Elephant; Call Verification
implies call will be placed but /ngcp-data/logs/kamailio-proxy.log says

ERROR: ROUTE_PSTN_SELECT_PEER <script>: No PSTN gateways available
R=«sip:449999999999 at sip.elephant-trunks.com»

N.B. Actual digest auth username is alpha, not numeric like 449999999999
(disguised) and the actual username doesn't appear in kamailio-proxy.log
