[Spce-user] ngcp-status not working

Hi all,

I have the following error when I run ngcp-status on my system (mr12.5.1):

/usr/share/ngcp-status/functions/host-summary: line 2565: 
/proc/ngcp/max/*: No such file or directory.

This started as I disabled anonymous_usage_statistics in config.yml 
because of too much cpu use of the license process.

It seems that the license process has to run to be able to use 
ngcp-status (it creates the /proc/ngcp/ directories), so you cannot 
disable statistics anymore. In mr11 this was working correctly. Can 
someone confirm this is a bug?
