[Spce-user] [EXTERNAL] ngcp-status not working

Hi,
The patch does work, but since the CE version of the 12.5 release is not
LTS, the respective update did not make it into the package repository.
For PRO and CARRIER the updated package has version 12.5.1.4.
You can look at versions 13.1 or 13.2, both of which include the update
also for CE.
The command to load a module is `modprobe`, not `depmod`, but you don't
need the `ngcp` module loaded if usage statistics are disabled.
