[Spce-user] nginx and prometheus-nginx-exporter fail to load after reboot

You may configure the service for auto start using chkconfig or systemctl
enable command.

Alternatively,  add the service start commands on the /etc/ini.t/ folder as
run scripts which will initiate on every system restarts.
