[Spce-user] [EXTERNAL] FaxServer destination disappeared on mr13.4.1 and no audio with sems/conference

Of course, I have already configured a SoundSet, loaded default files, and I can see in the debug log that sems "plays" the voice files.
But I have no audio at all, both for messages and partecipants.
