[Spce-user] Problem with peer inbound calls

Good morning all.
I am trying sipwise CE, and I have this problem:

- 3 peers; one is asterisk, one is fusionpbx and the other is a carrier

Incoming call from asterisk to fusionpbx
- from the first peer (asterisk) I receive the inbound call  
- the call is forwarded to another peer (fusionpbx) via LNB query. All works fine

Outgoing call from fusionpbx to the carrier
- from the second peer (fusionpbx) I receive the inbound call
- Kamailio asked me authentication, and the call is rejected

On the "fusionpbx" peer, I have the inbound rules:
- To-URI:  ^sip:.+
- From-Uri: ^sip:.+
- To-User: ^sip:.+

I can't understand why it ask me to authenticate....
