[Spce-user] Error when executing ngcpcfg apply

Hello,

I get the following error message, when trying to apply new changes via 
"ngcpcfg apply".

[sipwise-prod-mr13.5.1] root at vie-ix-voip-c5:/tmp#1 #ngcpcfg apply 'New

[sipwise-prod-mr13.5.1] root at vie-ix-voip-c5:/tmp#1 #ngcpcfg version
ngcpcfg, version 13.5.1.3+0~mr13.5.1.3

The /tmp file does not exist:

[sipwise-prod-mr13.5.1] root at vie-ix-voip-c5:/tmp#1 #file 
/tmp/ngcpcfg-check-config.JV92DrLqp2.yml
/tmp/ngcpcfg-check-config.JV92DrLqp2.yml: cannot open 
`/tmp/ngcpcfg-check-config.JV92DrLqp2.yml' (No such file or directory)

Can somebody please help resolving this issue?
