If I'm not wrong Sipwise has deleted all spce repos older than version 10.5
Not sure you can upgrade from LTS to LTS
I'd install a fresh version 11.5, which is the last one which is being
supported for longer than a few months and from there I would migrate and
update the data. Not an easy operation but possible.
I don't know if the Sipwise support in this mailing list have a better option
for you (rather than telling you to buy the Pro version). I'll wait for their
answer.
