If your /etc/network/interfaces are deployed via ngcpcfg you just need to
change the IP address in /etc/ngcp-config/network.yml and then apply. That
won't change the ips but will deploy your configuration and restart some
services with the new ip (although it's not changed yet at system level)

After that you can reboot both servers and it should be it. 

I'd be more comfortable if they are vms lwith console access or servers with
idrac or similar management console in case something happens but the change is
easy.
