It mainly depends on what users are allowed to dial. The CE expects
numbers in format <cc><ac><sn>, so if your users dial 1+ac+sn (which is
<cc><ac><sn>, I assume), then you don't have to do anything.

It's perl regular expressions. See
http://perldoc.perl.org/perlre.html#Regular-Expressions for an explanation.
