[Spce-user] Error in voicemail.conf.tt2

It appears that the maxgreet value is used for the From string.  Looking
at the voicemail.conf.tt2 file:

fromstring="[% asterisk.voicemail.maxgreet %]" 

should be 

fromstring=[% asterisk.voicemail.fromstring %] 

without the double quotes.
