[Spce-user] Problems with Sip Provider CE

Good morning,

I'm trying to install "Sip:Provider CE" and run ngcp-installer, and after
confirming the question with a "y", the installation checked several things,
all OK. When they finish checks, the installation says "Installing package
list. This Might take Several minutes Depending on your network connection
...", and here it stays, spend more than two minutes and did not finish the
installation.
What I can do?
