Wait longer?

No, seriously, it's going to install a whole LOT of packages, so it's
really up to the speed of your internet connection and the performance
of your server.

Check /tmp/ngcp-installer.log in a second terminal to see what's going
on behind the scenes during installation (it's mentioned in the spce
handbook).
