[Spce-user] sip:provider CE v2.2 released

Hi,

In peerings  section  when you try to append peering preferences/rewrite
rules I got this message.
After upgrade to 2.2,  peerings setup are unusable !

It's strange because, I report something similar in 2.2rc1 and now it's
worth than before.
Note that I follow exactly step by step upgrade procedure !

Jon Bonilla has got an access to our server take a look ...
