[Spce-user] sip:provider CE v2.2 released

Hi,

looks like an issue with the upgrade path 2.2-rc1 -> 2.2. Apache has not
been reloaded and therefore it's still using the old code. After an
apache restart, the problem should be gone. This has been automated in
the latest package version, so upgrading your system should fix the problem.

However, there is a different issue with peering preferences if an
upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2 (with and without 2.2-rc1) has been made:

Everybody, if you've upgraded your sip:provider CE 2.1 system with
ngcp-upgrade-2.2 version 0.1.2 or lower, please once again upgrade your
system ("apt-get update && apt-get upgrade") to the latest version and
issue /usr/share/ngcp-upgrade-2.2/fix-2.2-peer-prefs as root. This does
not affect fresh installs of sip:provder CE 2.2 systems, or upgrades
which have been made with ngcp-upgrade-2.2 version 0.1.3 or higher.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

br,
daniel
