It is currently not possible to rate inbound calls, as these usually do
not incur fees on a Class5 platform. (At best the operator will get some
termination fees, although also this is not very common with SIP
interconnects.) It's on our list, but won't be available until the
release after next, i.e. at or about beginning of Q2 2012.
