[Spce-user] Peer billing?

Hi all,

 I've been asked to create the ability to compare our inbound/outbound
provider billing with internal data and make that available for
reporting. 

 Looking at peer group(s), theoretically I could create an inbound-only
group and an outbound-only group, assign a unique contract to each with
the providers rates for inbound & outbound. On the inbound-only I would
simply NOT specify peering rules so no outbound will occur within that
group so rating would be correct. On outbound group I would specify
peering rules so rating is also correct.

 I've tried to test the theory and calls are being rated outbound but
calls don't appear to be rated for the inbound group.

 My question: Is it possible to rate inbound & outbound calls for a peer
or am I going in the wrong direction?

 *Note: the peer within outbound group and inbound group is the same IP,
would this be part of the problem?
