[Spce-user] Call Blocking - All except Address Book go to voicemail

Hi,

 I am thinking this is similar to "block_in_list" but instead of manually
entering each number allowed, this "block_in_addressbook" is instead read
from the addressbook list in the database. The default block_in_mode is
blacklist, so I think this might be straight forward to add into SPCE.

 Any ideas or suggestions on adding this feature?
