[Spce-user] Subscriber upper registration

Hi Isaac, what does oss.log say? E.g. you can do tail -f
/var/log/ngcp/oss.log, try to enter and save auth info, then paste the
contents of log file. Also, I'd like to know what version of SPCE you
are using.
