[Spce-user] blocking incoming calls from a list of numbers

Hi!

I am working with a Sipwise 2.4CE   and I would like to make a sort of general "black list" for incoming calls, like a general filter to avoid annoying telemarketing.

Is it possible to do it without  adding the numbers in the "block_in_list" of every user?

Would be possible to do it with the rewriterules, by editing "Inbound Rewrite Rules for Caller" for the peering?
