[Spce-user] Additional VSC's

Hi,
 
New here, so go easy please!
 
Could someone point me in the right direction or tell me if it's at least possible.
 
I'm looking to implement some additional VSC functionality similar to that of BT.
 
One of them would be similar to that of 
1471 Which tells you the last number that called 
*261# Call Barring enabled or disabled.
 
Any help or guidence in this would be greatly appreciated.
