[Spce-user] Voicemail troubles 2.7 fresh install

I was having trouble with voicemail in 2.7 after upgrade from 2.6 so I installed a test very basic config 2.7 install in a VM  and got the same results.  

  It works OK if I dial 2000, asterisk answers. But it doesnt seem to authenticate the user.?  It just asks for mailbox right away instead of asking for password. 

I get the following in the log.

Also if I dial into a customer with voicemail enabled and it forwards to voicebox, it terminates the call and I get the following similar error:

Mysql Problem I guess just not sure where to look.  I havent set any passwords on anything. 


This is a basic install with one subscriber, and one peer.   No funny stuff.
Any ideas?
