[Spce-user] CDRs files are created empty.

The cdrs are exported and the last id marked. So only the future cdrs will be
exported. 

But, you could:

- backup your exported cdr files at your own
- Edit accounting.mark table in mysql
- run cdr-exporter script manually or let cron do it when the time comes
