Please do the following to trace the problem:

1: Restart "asterisk" service just in case
2: Make some test calls
3: See the output of the asterisk console while making those calls. "asterisk
-rvvvvvvvvvv"
4: Inspect the proxy logs in /var/log/ngcp/kamailio-proxy.log

If you don't find any issues, please paste those outputs here.
