[Spce-user] XML-RPC function problem

Hi! 
I am getting problems using this function. Basically my SipWise (fresh
install 2.4)  says the function is not found. Do I need to know
something more that is not in the documentation?

set_peer_preferences

and 

set_domain_preferences
