Hi,
that sounds like you are getting a timeout at the far end, maybe due to
NAT or SIP ALG.

The logs are in /var/log/ngcp, we are interested in the kamailio-lb.log
and kamailio-proxy.log. Also please send us the output from 'ngcp-kamctl
proxy ul show'.

P.S. That reminds me that we should add a chapter on troubleshooting to
SPCE handbook one day.
