[Spce-user] Error installing SPCE with ngcp-installer

Sorry, we can't reproduce this issue.

Please provide files /tmp/ngcp-installer* and output of:

  cat /etc/debian_version
  dpkg --list collectd\* ngcp-installer\*
  apt-cache policy collectd
  apt-get install collectd
  free -m
