No, it's not always zero. It's only zero when the customer has cash.
Now, a customer has consumed the cash, and I'm trying to add 1€, but it
doesn't seems to do anything. Look at this:

mysql>  select * from contract_balances;
+--------+-------------+--------------+-----------------------+-------------------+----------------------------+---------------------+---------------------+------------+
| id | contract_id | cash_balance | cash_balance_interval |
free_time_balance | free_time_balance_interval | start | end| invoice_id |
+--------+-------------+--------------+-----------------------+-------------------+----------------------------+---------------------+---------------------+------------+
| 1 | 2 | 0| 0 | 0| 0| 2012-01-01 00:00:00 | 2012-01-31
23:59:59 |NULL |
| 2 | 3 | 0 | 0| 0 | 0| 2012-01-01 00:00:00 | 2012-01-31
23:59:59 | NULL|
| 3 | 4 | 0 | 200| 0 | 0 | 2012-01-01 00:00:00 |
2012-01-31 23:59:59 | NULL |
| 4 | 4 | 100 | 100 | 0 | 0 | 2011-12-31 18:00:00 |
2012-01-31 17:59:59 | NULL |
+--------+-------------+--------------+-----------------------+-------------------+----------------------------+---------------------+---------------------+------------+

The contract_id reffers to my customer account, right? I have made this
select after I've tried to add 1€. Is this ok? (Be care with the time.
In my country, it's 18:38 now, and I have tried to add cash after 18:00)

I have only added a destination to probe the result. It's '.*' (whithout
the commas). What do you mean whith the format of the dialed number and
fees?
