The 100 Trying response is generated by the kamailio proxy or the sbc. The
server has no info about the capabilities of the other endpoint and it won't
include that info in the headers.

The 180 ringing is generated by the other endpoint, thus this is something that
can't be controlled by the server as it should handle the Allow and Supported
capabilities of the other endpoint.


Could you please give us more info about the peer and why those requirements? I
need to refresh the rfcs regarding provisional responses but don't think that's
correct.
