Well, for the amount owed, you can use the get_voip_account_fees() with
the according date range. The invoice creation is in any case left to an
external process. Usually a separate billing system which processes the
(rated or unrated) CDRs will make sense, especially if you have a higher
number of subscribers. (a few thousand or so) People like to have
variable discounts, promotional bonuses, affiliate programs, etc.
