[Spce-user] help getting started

HI,

I downloaded the VMware image of sip_provider_CE-2.4.1 and installed it
according to
the Handbook. I can create accounts and subscribers and the subscribers can
register and call each other, but Voicemail doesn't work. When I call 2000
or when calling a number that tries to forward the call to voicebox, I get
a 408 Timeout error.

How to troubleshoot the voicemail?
