[Spce-user] billing issues in a development environment

Hi,

you can easily restart the rate-o-mat by using the following init.d-command:

/etc/init.d/rate-o-mat start
(no need to restart the server here)

Regarding your billing-rules-trouble, someone else has to answer you question.
