[Spce-user] CDRs are rated but Spent this billing interval is always 0

Hi,

I have configured spce to rate calls for subscribers and it's working .
Also billing rates for peer are set. The problem is that Account Balance
for the account for that subscriber is showing 0 for Spent this billing
interval values for both cache and free time. Can someone help me on this
matter ?
