[Spce-user] Clarification on how users can see each other

Hi,

If you want to use "RegistrarLess SIP", you don't need a SIP server. The
idea is obviously to directly connect to another Jitsi client (haven't
ever used that though with Jitsi, it's something Jitsi specific).
