Hi John

Great to ee that it worked for you. I'll see if we can export that flag to our
provisioning system in future versions. 

For routing the calls locally once the peer has failed, you'll have to
configure your [FAILURE_ROUTE_PSTN] route in your custom proxy.cfg file.
