The two functions operate on different databases and thus may have
different subscriber ID values. But get_subscriber actually is not a
useful function anymore and should not be used at all. All relevant data
is returned by get_voip_account() or get_voip_account_subscriber().

No idea why ngcp-get_subscriber was included in 2.6, it will be removed
in the next release. Sorry for the confusion.
