[Spce-user] subscriber_id mismatch

Hi Daniel,
I don't have any function called "ngcp-get_voip_account_subscriber"; I 
have only:

ngcp-get_subscriber
ngcp-get_voip_account

And my server has 2.6 version.

root at server:~#more /etc/ngcp_version
2.6
