Please send us the kamailio.cfg fle you have iunder /etc/kamailio/proxy
The kamailio-proxy log of such call
The sems configuration under /etc/sems/etc/ngcp.sbcprofile.conf
The sems log during that call
A ngrep-sip capture of the call


We can't guess what happens without the debug information.
