[Spce-user] Adminitrative subscriber

Hello,

 

I have enabled the administrative option for one subscriber in an account
with 3 subscribers. The handbook suggests that I would be able to access the
other subscribers in my account when logged into the customer self care
portal as this subscriber.

 

I can't see how to access this in the CSC portal or indeed any change when I
enable this.
