[Spce-user] Concurrent calls not going above 550

I´m testing the CE sending 700 calls to it.... even thou i have a 150 Mbps
link, only 60 Mbps are being used and the system is showing a limit of
between 500 and 550 calls.

I´m runing on a 8GB machine, Quad Xeon, 150 Mbps.

I did not set restrictions on concurrency. Weird... is there maybe a server
/ config issue that might be restricting the service?
