[Spce-user] Fwd: Call Forwards to use user's CLI

I thought I'd bump this one as it may have been overlooked? Or it is such
an elementary question that I should have figured out myself :-)?

Hi

Our billing is done through caller ID for some of our users. In other
words, the call MUST carry a certain Caller ID for it to be accepted
upstream. That works fine, until a user sets a call forward to his
cellphone. The call forward now carries the inbound caller ID which of
course is rejected upstream. How would I force all calls to have a certain
caller ID, even if they are call forwards?
