[Spce-user] Can't create a domain on SPCE V3.0

Hello,

I am trying to create a domain on a newly installed SPCE 3.0 but it would
not accept any domain I have tried.
I tried both an IP address or a domain name. In both cases it ended with an
error (Failed to create domain).
