[Spce-user] NEC SL 1100 pbx

Hello,

I have a NEC SL 1100 pbx that I am trying to connect to my SPCE for making
calls.

The pbx is set-up as a standard subscriber.

Calls from PSTN via SPCE work fine but calls from the pbx via SPCE to PSTN
tear down after 30 secs.

The calls setup correctly but after sending a 200 OK to the pbx it doesn't
respond with an ACK.

Media is started after a 183 session progress and continues after the 200 OK
is received so audio for the call is 2 way.

A number of additional 200 OKs are sent but as no ACK is received the PSTN
gateway sends a BYE.

If I connect the NEC direct to the PSTN gateway ACKs are sent correctly.

There are almost no diagnostics on the NEC and their support say SPCE is
'not approved device'

I can only imagine perhaps the 'Record-Route:' headers are confusing it. But
have no way of knowing this.

I know this is a long shot but does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Regards

John
