[Spce-user] Subscriber NAT - No inbound calls

Hi,

Just recently added a user that is showing NAT 'yes' in the admin panel.
That user is not able to receive inbound calls though due to NAT as SPCE
appears to be sending to private IP instead of the received IP.

Looking at the contact (below) it may be due to extra < > within path=
but I am not 100% sure if I made a custom change somewhere that affected
this at some point in the past. Any suggestions on what I should be looking
into to fix the NAT contact?
