[Spce-user] Billing

I followed the manual, but I do not understand.
I created a profile and add Stored billing Billing Fees with this syntax ^
5511 [2-6] [0-9]. {6}.
When Billing Fees Search with the number 551120861287 I see the message No
matching billing fees found.
