[Spce-user] Billing

Hi Leonardo,
Why do you use spaces in the regexp, is this a typo ?

Basically you need to create a Billing profile, add Stored Billing Fees
and define your Fees (for On-peak and Off-peak intervals).
Then you need to assign the billing profile to your accounts.
