[Spce-user] problem logging into provisioning

Hi James,
just run the command:
htpasswd --nbs <myuser> <mypassword>
and then copy and past the user and password in config.yml.
The rows should be like this:
pass: '{SHA}w4zj3mxbmynIQ1jsUEjSkN2z2pk='
user: ngcpsoap
Don't forget quotes.
Run then ngcpcfg apply
