Hi guys,
I'm trying to set up a trunk with a remote peer but their SBC is rejecting my SIP 200 due to the Record-Route headers and he is asking me to remove these headers.
Personally I've not dealt with Record-Routes before and wondering why they're there and are they really needed?
Also, how to turn them off or how to get around his SBC rejecting my packets?
Attached at some images for your perusal.
The two blurred out numbers are public IP addresses ending in .1 and .211
Any help would be appreciated. If you require any other information to help understand the problem let me know.
Regards
Byron
