Hi all,
to configure biling parameters for each billing fee I can't understand
exactly what does it mean everyone.
Copied from the Sipwise manual

  * *init rate*: The rate for the first rating interval in cent (of
whatever currency, represented as a floating point number) per second.
o I think this is clear. Just the amount charged when the call is
        stablished
  * *init interval*: The duration of the first billing interval, in seconds.
o This should be the seconds from the stablished call until next
rate is applied. No more than the "init rate" will be charged
during the "init interval", is it?
  * *follow rate*: The rate for subsequent rating intervals in cent (of
whatever currency, represented as a floating point number) per second.
  * *follow interval*: The duration of subsequent billing intervals, in
seconds. Applicable to calls during onpeak hours.
o These parameters are not clear for me. If I have to bill calls
in exact number of seconds, should I enter in "follow rate" the
cents per second and in "follow interval" the value of "1"? In
fact I just need the "cents per second" configured in "follow
rate", isn't it? Maybe the "follow interval" is the minimum
        amount of seconds billed?

Thanks all!
Joan
