Ok, got it. What happens is that mediaproxy-ng is instructing the sbc to 
tear down the call after 60sec because of RTP timeout (it's in line 
294ff). This happens when mediaproxy-ng doesn't receive any RTP or RTCP 
traffic on any of its ports.

Are you sure you have one- or two-way audio for this call? If yes, can 
you please also provide /var/log/ngcp/rtp.log?

You could also turn this feature "off" by copying 
/etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/default/ngcp-mediaproxy-ng-daemon.tt2 to 
/etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/default/ngcp-mediaproxy-ng-daemon.customtt.tt2 
and increase the TIMEOUT value to something really high.
